Analytics

Google Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after you accept analytics. When accepted, we measure aggregate page use and interactions such as dealer phone, ATF verification, and listing-correction link clicks. We do not send the displayed phone number or licence number with these events. Declining does not affect the directory.

Messages and listing submissions

We process general messages and their contact details, and listing submissions including business information, IP address and browser information to verify requested listing changes and prevent abuse. Do not submit customer records, firearm transaction records or identification documents.

Retention and rights

Messages and listing submissions marked completed, rejected, resolved or spam are deleted when more than 12 months old, unless a legal hold applies. Open cases are retained for active review. You may request access, correction or deletion by email.

Public records

Dealer information is derived from public ATF records. Verify current licence status using official ATF services before relying on a listing.
